Install the App – Get Quick Test Management from the Atlassian Marketplace and install it on your Jira Cloud site.
Open Any Issue – Navigate to any Jira issue where you want to track test status.
Find the Panel – Look for "Quick Test Management" in the issue's side panel or context menu.
Set Status – Click on a status button (Pass, Fail, Blocked, In Progress) to update the test state.
Add Notes – Optionally add test notes. They auto-save as you type.
View History – Expand the history section to see all previous status changes.
