This Privacy Policy describes how Siddhant Sharma ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores,
and protects information when you use Quick Test Management for Jira ("the App"), a
Forge-native application available on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Important: This App is built entirely on Atlassian Forge, Atlassian's secure
cloud development platform. All data is stored within Atlassian's infrastructure using Forge Storage – we do NOT
operate any external servers, databases, or data processing systems.
2. Developer Responsibility Statement
In accordance with Atlassian Marketplace requirements, we acknowledge that:
- Siddhant Sharma (the App developer), not Atlassian, is responsible for the privacy, security, and
integrity of any End User Data processed by this Marketplace App.
- We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
- We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
3. Technology Platform
This App is built using Atlassian Forge, Atlassian's next-generation cloud app development

4.2 What Data We Do NOT Collect

- ❌ We do NOT transmit data outside Atlassian's infrastructure
4.3 Data Storage
All data is stored exclusively within Atlassian Forge Storage.
- ✅ No external databases – We do NOT maintain any servers or databases outside Atlassian
- ✅ Data residency – Your data remains within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure, subject
to Atlassian's data residency policies
- ✅ Encryption at rest – All Forge Storage data is encrypted by Atlassian
- ✅ Encryption in transit – All communications use TLS 1.2 or higher
- ✅ Tenant isolation – Data is isolated per Jira instance; we cannot access data across
different customers
5. Data Access and Sharing
5.1 Who Can Access Your Data
- Users with access to the specific Jira issue where the test data was created
- The App's code running within your Jira instance (via Forge functions)
5.2 Developer Access
Important: Siddhant Sharma (the developer) does NOT have access to your stored
data. Forge's architecture ensures that customer data is never transmitted to or accessible by app developers.
We cannot view, access, or retrieve any data stored by this App in your Jira instance.
5.3 Third-Party Sharing
We do NOT share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third parties. Period.
6. Permissions and Scopes
This App requests minimal permissions required for functionality:

8. Data Retention
- Data is retained in Forge Storage for as long as the App is installed and the associated Jira issue exists.
- When you uninstall the App, all app-specific data is removed according to Atlassian's Forge data retention
policies.
- We do not maintain backup copies of your data outside Atlassian's infrastructure.
9. Security Measures
This App benefits from Atlassian Forge's enterprise-grade security:

11. Children's Privacy
This App is designed for business use within Jira and is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International Data Transfers
As a Forge-native app, all data processing occurs within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. Atlassian handles
international data transfers in compliance with applicable regulations, including:
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses
- Atlassian's Data Processing Addendum
- Regional data residency options (where available)
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- For significant changes, we will notify users through the Marketplace listing or release notes
- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
